The Belsfield Hotel

The place is luxurious and impeccably clean, it offers marvellous breakfast and incredible location right on the lake.

It made our trip to Bowness-on-Windermere an excellent experience.

Fairly clean hotel with a good reception. A good choice of excellent items for full English breakfast. Beautiful location relatively near Brant Fell Viewpoint.

Everything was simply first-class. Loved my thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Belsfield Hotel. The buffet breakfast that I ordered was above average with good options, fruits plus juices.

In relation to the great price paid, it was spectacular place to stay with good service. I enjoyed the room that the coffee was on, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had lots of brilliant food and drinks.

Overall lovely stay. Clean place & pleasant staff. Its location was very central, walking distance to St Martin's Church. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a good area. The breakfast was always well prepared and gorgeous.

Room was lovely, had luxurious bathroom and magnificent views to enjoy.

Staff were efficient, and facilities were excellent here. Everything was excellent, immaculate and huge room. The location was best possible, for example, Lake Windermere was relatively near the hotel.

What a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Everything was great, unbeatable location right on the lake, the staff were courteous. I really enjoyed the historic-style building and my luxurious room with expected facilities.

I liked location and staff. For breakfast there were bakery, breads, fresh fruit, meats and cheese. I found a bar in the reception. Not to mention fine wifi! I had real good days staying at this neighboring hotel.

soundproof room, lovely views, very pleasant staff. it was nice having air conditioning, wi-fi and power sockets. such a perfect service too.

Fantastic value for money for Bowness-on-Windermere. Hotel accommodation was compact, I enjoyed extra attentive staff. My room was breathtaking and the view was incredible. Fine food, generous breakfast. Marvellous service and a romantic restaurant, available onsite. There was a quiet garden, absolutely perfect setting.

Fairly clean, FAULTLESS hotel, decent size rooms and exceptional staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was plenty of tasty food. Prime location to windermere golf club.

An exceptional view from the window. The staff was lovely with local information. There was a wide range of food, in general it was incredible...

Excellent breakfast, PERFECT location. One of our favorite spots brockhole was near to this place. 900 feet away there is bodega tapas bar. We enjoyed our time here.
